Josefien Glaudemans studeerde American Studies & Economische Geografie aan de Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen. Na haar afstuderen in 1996, begon Josefien bij PepsiCo Restaurants International en was ze verantwoordelijk voor de marktplanning van nieuwe restaurants van Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken en Taco Bell in Europa. In 1998 trad Josefien in dienst bij Buck Consultants International en specialiseerde ze zich verder in locatiekeuze voor multinationale ondernemingen. Josefien adviseert o.a.: ADM, Allen & Overy, Baker & McKenzie, Barclays, Columbia Sportswear, Cummins Business Services, Dell Computers, ExxonMobil, Freshfields, Hogan Lovells, Ingram Micro, Microsoft, NCR, Premier Farnell, SAP, Specsavers, Tate & Lyle en White & Case. Voor veel van deze projecten heeft Josefien praktische ervaring opgedaan tijdens verkenningsbezoeken aan vrijwel alle Europese landen, Turkije, Egypte, Marokko, Zuid-Afrika, China, Singapore, Australië, Canada en de VS.

Josefien wordt beschouwd als een expert in locatiekeuze en is een veel gevraagde spreker over locatiekeuze bij onder andere het IQPC Shared Services & Outsourcing Network en The Conference Board.
