Carlo is een ervaren management consultant met bijna 30 jaar ervaring in Supply Chain en Logistiek Management, zowel aan de aanbodzijde (logistieke dienstverleners) als aan de vraagzijde (verladers).
Na zijn studie aan de Fontys Hogeschool in Venlo (afgestudeerd in 1988) vervulde Carlo uiteenlopende managementfuncties bij verschillende logistieke dienstverleners op het gebied van operations management (transport, warehousing en light assembly), implementatie- en changemanagement en business development. Tijdens het werken bij logistieke dienstverleners ondersteunde Carlo o.a. Xerox, Sun Microsystems, Samsung, Philips, Adidas, Scania, Ford, VW, Nissan, Johnson Controls, Mitsubishi en Mercedes Benz. Voor Buck Consultants InternationaI heeft Carlo tal van projecten uitgevoerd op het gebied van supply chain management, netwerkoptimalisatie, transportoptimalisatie, transportmanagement (control towers), logistieke inkoop, uitbesteding en organisatie-vraagstukken. Carlo heeft projecten kennis en ervaring in een scala aan industriesegmenten zoals industriële producten (inclusief spareparts en aftermarket), chemie, fashion en lifestyle, e-commerce en farmaceutische sector. Opdrachtgevers zijn o.a. Amazon, Amway, Electrolux, ABB, Abercrombie & Fitch, Mexx, Caterpillar, ABB, Celanese, Archroma, ThermoFisher, Abbott.
